Surname Index
The Surname Index is available at the Reference Library. Searches are made upon request when accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE).
To add a surname to the index, submit a 3 × 5 card, one surname per card, including:
- Surname
- Location
- Dates
- Your name
- Mailing address
- Email address
Family Group Sheets & Family Charts
Members and other interested persons are encouraged to provide copies of family group sheets and family charts to be included in the Reference Library.
